DuCon was founded in 2007 out of desire and need. The founder, Ernest F. DuBose II, had a desire to provide clients and business partners with championship-level service that competes on their behalf at all times, and the construction industry had a need for a company that values trust, morals, and relationships as much as profit margins and return on investment. DuCon does not believe that you should sacrifice one for the other, but rather if you have the right team and firms working on your behalf, you can achieve both.

The principal and managers of DuCon have managed construction in numerous states throughout the U.S. over various sectors.  In its time of existence, DuCon has exemplified a proven track record of quality management, customer service & satisfaction, dependable business practices, and financial accountability while offering the state of Florida a broad spectrum of construction services including General Contracting, Construction Management, Design Build, Owners’ Representation, and Consulting.

DuCon holds a wide range of experience with a variety of clients throughout the state.  As a Construction Manager at Risk and as a Teaming Partner on CM at Risk Projects, DuCon has completed, managed, and/or participated on multi-family and commercial projects ranging to over $180 million.  DuCon’s past clients include Private, Developer, Religious/Churches, K-12 Education, Higher Education, Housing Authority/HUD, and Municipal (city and county).
